Two New Reference Values and Living Wage Update

Reference Values

The GLWC and Anker Living Wage and Income Research Network are pleased to share two new Anker Living Income Reference Values: Rural Argentina and Rural Mozambique.

Anker Reference Values for living wages and living incomes are based on a new methodology developed by Richard and Martha Anker and Ian Prates, using a regression analysis of the 40 quality-assured Anker methodology living wage and income benchmark studies that have been carried out so far.

Living Wage Update

The GLWC is pleased to share a new 2020 living wage update for Northwest Nicaragua. This report updates the living wage estimate to account for changes in inflation, exchange rates, costs of living, and policy changes since the original reporting. See the latest update.

 


Coming Soon!

A new living wage benchmark report is coming soon for non-metropolitan São Paulo state, Brazil and for non-metropolitan urban and rural northwestern Michoacan, Mexico.
